CareerWork$ is a national nonprofit providing free job training in healthcare and banking through its BankWork$ and MedWork$ programs. My role centered on documenting real outcomes and turning them into clear, usable content across digital, print, and fundraising channels. Work included producing content for blogs, annual reports, newsletters, and social media, designing presentations for board meetings and partnership pitches, and supporting development efforts through grant writing, reporting, and donor communications.
On the Ground Storytelling
Nationwide travel supported in-person coverage of graduations and training programs. Interviews with graduates, instructors, and employers were turned into social-first video and photo content that showed the impact of the programs through real people, not marketing language.
