Goal: Microsoft Copilot aimed to establish a strong and engaging presence across social media, positioning itself as an essential AI tool for productivity and innovation. The objective was to create dynamic content that resonated with diverse audiences, from tech enthusiasts to professionals, while fostering an active and engaged community.
Approach & Results: I shaped Copilot’s digital voice by crafting compelling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. I developed and executed social-first creative strategies, ensuring each piece aligned with brand goals and emerging trends. Leveraging Social Listening tools, I monitored conversations, moderated discussions, and optimized engagement tactics to maintain a positive brand presence.
I also contributed to viral content production, incorporating trend-driven storytelling and innovative copywriting for proactive community interactions, olidifying Copilot’s position as a forward-thinking AI brand in the tech industry.
