Client: iFixit
Goal: iFixit, known for its high-quality repair kits and tools, aimed to enhance its visibility and appeal across various niche audiences. As the account manager and art director, my role was to develop and implement strategies to connect iFixit with influencers and ambassadors in new and unexpected sectors, such as fashion and retro video games. I worked closely with these influencers to create engaging content that highlighted iFixit’s tech products in innovative ways.
Approach & Results: By partnering with ambassadors and influencers from non-traditional areas, I introduced iFixit’s brand to diverse audiences outside its usual tech sphere. I coordinated content creation, ensuring it aligned with both iFixit’s brand and the influencers’ styles. This strategy led to a significant increase in brand awareness and engagement, generating more social media interactions and website traffic. Some of the specific examples presented below, showed how I boosted iFixit’s presence in fashion and retro gaming communities, strengthening its position in these new markets.

Working with Vincent, an influencer who specializes in video game consoles, we produced and published this video to sell specific products, such as the Nintendo Switch Toolkit.
This is a selection of specific IG reels have been posted to the iFixit account. Several of these videos were edited by me, and I was involved in the conceptualization process for the vast majority.
Worked with specific YouTubers who have similar audiences to iFixit to sponsor products in their videos.
Part of my role with iFixit was to source and contact specific niche creators, such as Claire (below), to create videos on how iFixit tools can be used for purposes beyond standard electronics repairs. Her videos were also key in growing iFixit's female audience.
