Global Gear Group is a small team of apparel manufacturers serving primarily the Oklahoma and Texas markets where I serve as a contract graphic designer. I've designed over 2,000 caps for small businesses and private events.
Below you can see the process I use when designing a cap and the different specifications I note to the manufacturer. After I finish designing the basic layout of the cap, I design a 3D model of the cap before sending it off for production.
